Our service
NurtureNauts Melody Studio creates personalized songs based on the details you provide. Each song is made for personal, non-commercial family use, including sharing with friends and family.
Your order details
Please share only a child's first name or nickname and details you're comfortable including in a song. You're responsible for making sure the information you submit is accurate and appropriate. You may order as a parent, relative, or gift-giver.
Payment
Prices are shown before checkout and payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Production begins after payment is confirmed.
Delivery
Standard delivery is typically 24–48 hours; Rush Delivery is typically 3–6 hours. Timing is an estimate and may vary during busy periods. Your song is delivered to the email you provide.
Revisions
Each package includes the number of revisions listed at checkout. Revision requests must be submitted within 12 hours of delivery. Revisions adjust the existing song and do not include a completely new concept.
Refunds & satisfaction
Because each song is custom-made, completed orders are generally non-refundable. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll work with you on a fix, remake review, or credit.
Emails
We send order, delivery, and revision emails to the address you provide. Marketing emails are only sent if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
Accounts
An account is optional. If you sign in with the email used for your order, you can view your songs in My Songs.
